Fortunately, there were [manned] elevators. One of the shafts had a blood-red hand print, purportedly from the days when Capone had his HQ on the roof atelier. To read more of the storied history of this landmark, here is the official version.

The Fine Art Building's central courtyard, location of both photo shoots and meditative pauses. Opera arias and classical quartets resounded from many of the resident luthiers and piano dealers.

Set up shop at Synergy in Santa Barbara, California during a
recent west coast business excursion. A slight style shift.
Here the chorus hummed with the excitement of
solar start-ups booming in Sun Belt states.
